DELIVERY & RETURNS INFORMATION
All sofas are brand new and factory packed. All sofas are shipped straight from our supplier.
Once you have placed your order, we will contact you to arrange a delivery date with you. The two-man delivery team will also contact you one hour before delivery on the day.
For items in stock, we usually deliver within 5 working days. Out of stock items or special order items can take up to 21 days. The delivery service provided is a two-man delivery team who will deliver your sofa into a room of your choice, and they will also set this up for you free of charge. Beds and flat-pack furniture will only be delivered into a ground floor room of your choice and will need to be set up by the customer themselves. Free delivery is for England and Wales only.
Delivery to Northern Ireland is £125 and can take up to 10 working days.
Delivery to Scotland is as follows:
We do not deliver to postcodes HS, PA41-78, ZE, PO30-41.
Delivery is to mainland only.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that goods that have been ordered can be delivered, and will fit in to any entranceways/hallways/corridors etc and are wide enough for the goods to pass through and will also fit in the required location within the delivery premises.
- All sofa deliveries will be carefully unpacked by the drivers (unless asked to remain in their packaging) so that the customer can check over the condition of the goods before signing the delivery note. Beds and flat-pack furniture will need to be unpacked by the customer and the condition of these items must be checked; with any faults or issues reported to the driver before their departure from your property. If any fault or damage is detected, this must be written on the delivery note and we will adhere to resolve this for you as soon as possible.
- Our drivers are very careful, however we cannot accept responsibility for any damage to your property whilst delivering your goods.
- Any customer refusing delivery of goods for any reason other than goods damaged in transit will be responsible for the delivery costs to the customer and the return to the supplier.
A full refund (net of any appropriate delivery and collection fees) can only be given when the items have been returned to our warehouse in an unused and undamaged condition. Refunds will be processed after the items have been returned to us and may take up to 14 working days.
Returns & Exchanges
All returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery. We will not process any returns or exchanges after 14 days.
Any damages to the product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or Honeypot Furniture Ltd will not be held liable.
Please request your return/exchange via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. All returns and exchanges must be delivered by yourselves to the warehouse at your own expense, where they will be inspected. Any returned items must be in an unused, brand-new condition and wrapped in sufficient packaging.
If you place an incorrect order and would like to change the item for a different colour or variation, you will also have to follow the above procedure.
If you do not like your new furniture, find it uncomfortable or for any other reason, you can return the item(s) fully wrapped and in an unused condition for a refund. Please note, we do not collect any customer returns/exchanges, this must be arranged by yourself at your own expense. If the item is sent back damaged or used, we have the right to only refund back the resale value. This can be up to 100% if it is deemed unsellable, so please be careful and cautious when returning.
A refund can only be given when the items have been returned to our warehouse where they will be inspected for any damage or signs of use. Refunds will be processed after the items have been returned to us and may take up to 14 working days.
