All sofas are brand new, factory packed and shipped straight from our warehouse in Grantham.
Once you have placed your order, we will make contact to arrange a delivery date with you.
The two-man delivery team will also contact you one hour before delivery on the day.

      Please type the first part of your post code, for example our post code is NG33 5LY, only enter NG33. This will then show your delivery day and cost in your area.

      For items in stock, we usually deliver within 5 working days. Out of stock items or special order items can take up to 21 days. The delivery service provided is a two-man delivery team who will deliver your sofa into a room of your choice, and they will also set this up for you free of charge. Please dispose of the packaging yourself. The cardboard can be recycled and any plastic packaging can be placed in your general waste bin.       Free delivery is for England and Wales only.
      Delivery to Northern Ireland is £125 and can take up to 10 working days.
      Delivery to Scotland is as follows:
      We do not deliver to postcodes HS, PA41-78, ZE, PO30-41.

      It is your responsibility to ensure that goods that have been ordered can be delivered, and will fit in to any entranceways/hallways/corridors etc and are wide enough for the goods to pass through and will also fit in the required location within the delivery premises.

      All sofa deliveries will be carefully unpacked by the drivers (unless asked to remain in their packaging) so that the customer can check over the condition of the goods before signing the delivery note. Beds and flat-pack furniture will need to be unpacked by the customer and the condition of these items must be checked; with any faults or issues reported to the driver before their departure from your property. If any fault or damage is detected, this must be written on the delivery note and we will adhere to resolve this for you as soon as possible. Please be advised we do not dispose of any packaging.

      Our drivers are very careful, however we cannot accept responsibility for any damage to your property whilst delivering your goods.
      Any customer refusing delivery of goods for any reason other than goods damaged in transit will be responsible for the delivery costs to the customer and the return to the supplier.

      This information does not apply to Northern Ireland deliveries where we can only supply a one man delivery team.


      You can return or exchange item(s) within 14 days by contacting us directly by email at You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods to our warehouse where they will be inspected. Any returned items must be in an unused, brand-new condition and wrapped in sufficient packaging. Please note that all returns and complaints must be dealt with via email.

      You will only be liable for any diminished value of goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
