We offer 1-7 Day delivery to mainland England and Wales for items in stock. All furniture is brand new, transported directly from our Headquarters in Lincolnshire. As part of the service, our two-person delivery team will assemble your sofa directly at the point of use.

What happens when my order is placed? Once you have placed your order, we will make contact to arrange a delivery date with you. Normally this is by email and within one working day, so please do check any junk or spam inboxes! Our deliveries operate between 7AM - 7PM. You'll next hear from us a day before your delivery with an approximate time of delivery (2 hour window estimation). All sofas are brand new, factory packed and shipped straight from our Hive Headquarters in Lincolnshire! We also offer a FREE setup on all sofas from our 2-person delivery team. This information does not apply to Northern Ireland deliveries where we can only supply a one-person delivery team. For items in stock, we usually deliver within 1-7 working days. Out of stock items or special order items can take up to 21 days. In preparation for your delivery you should measure entranceways/hallways/corridors etc to ensure they are wide enough for your furniture to pass through and will also fit in the required location within your home. Don’t worry though, the dimensions are on each product page for you to measure up!

On the day of delivery you will receive an SMS text with live tracking for your order! Sofas will be delivered into a room of your choice, and set up for you. Flatpacks items are delivered to the ground floor only. We kindly ask you to dispose of the packaging. The cardboard and plastic packaging can be placed in your recycling bin. If you have any further enquiries regarding delivery times and services etc, please contact our office on 01476 589446. Please ensure any items which could obstruct the path for your sofa delivery are cleared in readiness for your new furniture. Our drivers are very careful, however we cannot accept responsibility for any damage to your property whilst delivering your goods. Any customer refusing delivery of goods for any reason other than goods damaged in transit will be responsible for the delivery costs to the customer and the return to the supplier. All sofa deliveries will be carefully unpacked by the drivers so that you can check over the condition of the goods before signing the delivery note. If you would prefer for the item to be left in packaging, we will still open it up to ensure it is in perfect condition, and then re wrap it up for you. If you refuse the goods to be checked, we cannot be held liable for any damage reported once the delivery drivers have left. Any beds and flat-pack furniture should be opened and checked; with any faults or issues reported to the driver before their departure from your property. If any fault or damage is detected, this must be written on the delivery note and we will adhere to resolve this for you as soon as possible.

If you change your mind we do operate a 28 days return policy. Notify us within 14 days of your delivery and return the furniture to us within 14 days of notifying us! Once the packaging has been removed the return is your responsibility. If you aren't sure how to return a large and bulky item, get in touch and we can offer you some advice. You can return or exchange item(s) within 28 days by contacting us directly by email at cs@honeypotfurniture.co.uk or calling us on 01476589446 You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods to our warehouse where they will be inspected. Any returned items must be in an unused, brand-new condition and wrapped in sufficient packaging. If you do not have the original packaging, you can source some shrink wrapping from a local DIY store, which should do the trick! You will only be liable for any diminished value of goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
