Guarantee Coverage

Our guarantee takes effect from the delivery date of your original purchase, providing comprehensive coverage against manufacturing defects in the frame and frame springs for an initial period of 1 year. As a testament to our commitment, we extend an additional 5-year frame guarantee at no additional cost.

Exclusions

To maintain the integrity of our guarantee, it's essential to clarify certain exclusions. Regrettably, deliberate damage, such as rough handling or neglecting proper maintenance, falls outside our coverage. Please be aware that the guarantee is designed for domestic use only and does not extend to furniture used in workplaces or businesses. Notably, the 12-month guarantee includes one exchange, if required, with distinct procedures for claims initiated after the initial 6 months from delivery. Wear and tear, misuse, failure to maintain, commercial use, natural fading, incorrect assembly, and damage caused by unexpected actions are also excluded, as well as items such as small replacements, electrical components, and issues reported beyond 30 days from installation.

Transferability

Kindly note that the guarantee is personal and non-transferable. In the event of selling or gifting your sofa, the guarantee naturally concludes.

Guarantee Conditions

To ensure you enjoy the full benefits of our guarantee, adherence to specific conditions is paramount. This includes professional installation by Honeypot Furniture, regular care, and strict adherence to provided instructions. Unauthorised alterations or interference with the product void the guarantee.

Assembly and Care

To enhance your experience, we offer complimentary assembly by our dedicated delivery team. For those who prefer items to remain packaged, we advise checking the item's condition with the delivery team present. When it comes to care, we recommend a simple approach—cleaning with a damp cloth and avoiding the use of chemical products. We advise against putting covers in the washing machine.

Sofa Usage Guidelines

A gentle reminder to refrain from sitting on sofa arms, especially those with adjustable mechanisms, as this may compromise the product. Additionally, items featured in our sale section are considered clearance products and do not come with a guarantee.

Defects After Six Months

For defects arising after the initial 6 months, we will request evidence of the fault at the time of delivery. Normally this is provided to us in the form of a thorough inspection and a comprehensive report. We highly recommend engaging a reputable furniture repair company, such as Castelan Group or Emmiera.

Structural Frame Guarantee

As part of our commitment to your satisfaction, we offer an extended 5-year structural frame guarantee in addition to the initial 1-year guarantee. This covers hardwood sofa frames against manufacturing defects for 5 years from the delivery date, verified by independent bodies like Castelan or Emmiera.
