✅ What's Covered

  • Structural Integrity: Manufacturing defects in the hardwood frame of your sofa.

  • Duration: Coverage lasts for 5 years from the date of delivery.

  • Verification: Any claim will be assessed by an independent body, such as Castelan or Emmiera, to confirm the manufacturing defect.

❌ What's Not Covered

  • Non-Structural Components: Issues with cushions, upholstery, or other non-frame parts.

  • Wear and Tear: Damage resulting from normal use over time.

  • Accidental Damage: Spills, stains, or other accidental damages are not included.
