We sell a wide range of leather, fabric and faux leather sofas and other furniture at competitive, hard-to-match prices. We have been trading for over 10 years and have sold thousands of sofas to happy customers.

My warranty has expired, can you repair my sofa?
We do not currently offer a sofa repair service, however, we have a recommended supplier of furniture repair services in Homeserve. Click here to view their website.
What costs are incurred for returning products?
If an error on our part has occurred, then we will collect the products from you at no additional cost. If you have changed your mind and want to return the product as per the cooling-off period, then this must be done so at your own expense.
What if the products are faulty or damaged, or I have received the wrong products?
Our delivery team will ask you to inspect the products before signing acceptance of the delivery so please inspect the products carefully before signing. If you spot any faults or damage then please notify the delivery team immediately. Our team inspect all of our products to ensure that they are in perfect condition before delivering
What does my one-year guarantee cover?

How much does delivery cost? Delivery is FREE to England and Wales, But charges do apply to Scotland and Northern Ireland. When will my order be delivered? How do I cancel my order? Contact us up to 48 hours before your delivery on 01476 589446 or browse our Contact page to view alternative methods of contact. What happens after I’ve placed my order? You will receive a confirmation email containing all of the information that you need, including confirmation of the furniture
My card isn’t registered to my delivery address?
All payments must come from a card registered to the delivery address. If your card is not registered to your delivery address then we can accept a bank transfer or cash on delivery.
I chose the 24-month payment plan but would like to pay my remaining balance early is that ok?
Yes, simply call Snap Finance directly on 03300 109381 and they will settle this with you. Their lines are open 9am-6pm weekdays and 10am-3pm weekends.
How much will my weekly/monthly payments be for my order?
This depends on the value of your order. Contact us with a budget in mind and we can estimate the payment costs for you.
How much does delivery cost?

Is there interest included when paying by Snap Finance?
Snap Finance loans are set over a 24-month term which does incur interest charges, however, you can opt into the Hello24 scheme which means if you clear your payments in 24 weeks NO interest will apply.

All we require at the time of order is a £15 deposit, which can be paid using a credit or debit card and will be deducted from your loan amount.

I have poor credit will I be accepted for Finance?

We advise using a damp cloth with warm soapy (non-abrasive) water.
Do you supply bespoke sofas?
Im afraid at the moment we don’t make bespoke sofas.
How long is my warranty?
All our products come with a 12-month manufacturers warranty
