Returns & Exchanges

We exercise a 14-day cooling-off period on all our products so you can buy from us with confidence. The 14-day period starts from the date of your delivery.

Any items which are returned to us must be in an unused, brand-new condition, and wrapped in sufficient packaging.

You can also amend your order up to 2 working days before your delivery. If you wish to amend your order, all you need to do is contact us and we can discuss any changes to the order and any impact on price or delivery dates.

Please note:

The warehouse is only open to accept returns from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

RETURN YOUR PRODUCT FOR A REFUND

If you would like to return your product for a refund, you can do so providing:

  • The product is returned to us at your own expense.
  • You return the products to us within 14 days of your delivery.
  • The product is returned to us in the same condition as you received it.

In order to arrange a return for a refund, please contact us by filling out the form below and selecting ‘Return For A Refund’ from the drop-down menu. We will contact you within 1 working day.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the product being returned to us after the product has been inspected.

RETURN YOUR PRODUCT FOR AN EXCHANGE

You can exchange your product for another providing:

  • The product is returned to us at your own expense.
  • You return the products to us within 14 days of your delivery.
  • The product is returned to us in the same condition as you received it.

We will arrange delivery of your new product at no extra cost, once you have returned your previous product to us and it has been inspected. We will also need to arrange a partial refund or additional payment should your new product differ in price from your original choice.

In order to arrange an exchange, please fill out the form below, selecting ‘Return for an exchange’ from the drop-down menu. We will contact you within 1 working day.

Please note:

Each customer is only entitled to one exchange.

I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY PRODUCT

Our delivery team will ask you to inspect the products before signing acceptance of the delivery so please inspect the products carefully before signing. If you spot any faults or damage then please notify the delivery team immediately. Our team inspect all of our products to ensure that they are in perfect condition before they are delivered to you.

If our team has missed anything or you have been sent the wrong products, please contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and act accordingly. Simply fill out the form below and select ‘Problem With My Product’ from the drop-down menu and we will contact you within 1 working day.

To report a problem with a product AFTER 14 days from your delivery date, please visit our Warranty Page and submit a Warranty Claim Form.
